Online Masterclass on Emotional Awareness & Creative Presence as Resources for Shaping Change

in collab with THE GOOD CHANGE ACADEMY

MARCH 4th

14:30-15:30

Virtual

This an experiential, art-based workshop that invites participants to slow down, turn inward, and meet their current emotional state through visual expression. Working with color, sensation, and presence, the session creates a gentle, non-judgmental space to reconnect with what often goes unnoticed in fast-paced work environments.

The masterclass starts from an empowering premise: If change is constant and systems are unstable, our capacity to sense, regulate, and orient ourselves somatically becomes a critical leadership and resilience skill. Rather than adding more analysis to what we already know, the session explores emotional awareness as a radical practice for navigating uncertainty; training the ability to perceive subtle change, presence, and connection through self-expression.

The focus is on process rather than performance. Participants are guided to observe emotions as temporary, shifting states; something to notice, express, and relate to, rather than control or suppress. By externalizing inner experience onto paper, creativity becomes a practical tool for emotional regulation, reflection, and self-compassion.The process supports emotional literacy, curiosity, and creative confidence, while offering a simple, repeatable practice that can be integrated into daily check-ins, creative work, or moments of transition.

At its core, this session is about presence: showing up for yourself honestly, gently, and without expectation. Join us!

“How Do You Feel Today?” is an interactive art workshop designed, with a focus on emotional awareness, creative self-expression, and stress relief.

In an environment where emotional resilience, empathy, and self-regulation are essential daily tools, this workshop offers a creative space for teaching artists to reconnect with their own emotional landscape. This workshop offers participants a playful yet meaningful space to check in with their own emotions and reconnect with their inner creative voice to observe and manage them.

Participants are guided to explore their emotions visually, without the pressure of creating a “perfect” result. This is not about making “art”; it’s about remembering that the creative process itself is a powerful way to process emotion, restore inner balance, and re-engage with curiosity.

The process encourages self-reflection, boosts emotional agility, and introduces a method that can be used both for personal well-being and as inspiration for daily practices. By strengthening their own creative and emotional capacities, participants will also be better equipped to support their everyday activities.

This session is about showing up for yourself!
