COLOR IN (E)MOTION:
JOURNEY FROM BODY TO PAPER
Where emotion becomes motion, and motion becomes a self-portrait.
This immersive workshop invites you to tune into your body’s inner stories and trace them in living color. Through guided meditations, slow somatic movements, and expressive drawing, we will explore the emotional landscapes within us.
With large-scale paper, soft pastels, you'll give shape and color to what words cannot reach. This is a space for embodied expression, honest exploration, and creative flow from the inside out.
No art or movement experience needed
All emotions and bodies welcome
Come curious, leave colored in your own truth
Color in (E)motion is a 2-hour immersive experience that guides participants through a somatic and creative process:
Grounding meditation to settle the nervous system and cultivate body awareness
Slow, intuitive movement to unlock sensation and connect to emotional states
Large-format drawing using soft pastels to externalize feelings and inner narratives
By translating internal emotion into physical motion and expressive color, participants discover a non-verbal outlet for stress and self-expression—leading to a deeper sense of clarity, release, and creative renewal.
This is a space for embodied expression, honest exploration, and creative flow from the inside out.

INTERACTIVE ART WORKSHOP
DECEMBER 6TH
ReSource Berlin (map)
“How Do You Feel Today?” is an interactive art workshop designed, with a focus on emotional awareness, creative self-expression, and stress relief.
In an environment where emotional resilience, empathy, and self-regulation are essential daily tools, this workshop offers a creative space for teaching artists to reconnect with their own emotional landscape. This workshop offers participants a playful yet meaningful space to check in with their own emotions and reconnect with their inner creative voice to observe and manage them.
Participants are guided to explore their emotions visually, without the pressure of creating a “perfect” result. This is not about making “art”; it’s about remembering that the creative process itself is a powerful way to process emotion, restore inner balance, and re-engage with curiosity.
The process encourages self-reflection, boosts emotional agility, and introduces a method that can be used both for personal well-being and as inspiration for daily practices. By strengthening their own creative and emotional capacities, participants will also be better equipped to support their everyday activities.
This session is about showing up for yourself!
