Fulya Muftuoglu is a Berlin-based artist and creative facilitator with over 15 years of experience in the corporate fashion industry, where she worked in senior design and leadership roles.

She began her creative journey as a fashion designer and later explored the stage as a performer and costume designer. Over time, she shifted to more personal forms of expression like painting, digital illustration, storytelling, and poetry. Through her art, she navigates the tension between intimacy and exhibitionism, merging digital and traditional techniques to challenge perceptions of vulnerability.

Over the past eight years, beyond her personal practice, she has been developing and facilitating art-based and somatic workshops for communities and organizations, focusing on emotional awareness, creative expression, and embodied presence. She collaborates as a partner with companies Les Amis and Culture Vitale, to help communities and corporate teams boost emotional resilience through creativity via art workshops; and works as a teaching artist with Interact English, to integrate creative expression into English language education.

Her graphic story series has begun with two self-published books: How I Survived My 40-Year-Old Thing(2020) and How I Decided To Call Myself An Artist(2025). Both are available in selected stores in Berlin and online.

Drawing from her background in both corporate systems and artistic practice, Fulya supports individuals and teams in navigating change through creativity, emotional literacy, and human-centered approaches. Fulya is also part of the current cohort of The Good Change Facilitator Training.
