Fulya Muftuoglu is a Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist and creative facilitator with over 15 years of experience in the corporate fashion industry, where she worked in senior design and leadership roles.
She began her creative journey as a designer and later explored the stage as a performer and costume designer. Over time, she shifted to more personal forms of expression like painting, digital illustration, storytelling, and poetry. Through her art, she navigates the tension between intimacy and exhibitionism, merging digital and traditional techniques to challenge perceptions of vulnerability.
Beyond her personal art practice, she is facilitating art-based and somatic workshops, focusing on emotional awareness, creative expression, and embodied presence. She collaborates as a freelance partner with Les Amis and Interact English .
Her graphic story series unfolds as a trilogy, taking readers on a visual journey; told through intimate, humorous, and emotionally honest narratives. The series began with two self-published books, How I Survived My 40-Year-Old Thing (2020) and How I Decided To Call Myself An Artist (2025), and continues with How I Stopped Blaming My Parents for Everything (work in progress). All are available in selected stores in Berlin and online.
Drawing from her background in both corporate systems and artistic practice, Fulya works as an Organizational Change Facilitator. (Certified by The Good Change program - a 510‑hour training in systemic organizational development, new leadership, self-organization, and communication culture.) She designs and delivers experiential workshops and programs that translate complex change into practical, grounded behaviors: clearer communication, better self-regulation, and healthier team dynamics.
