A playful way to practice working with uncertainty, making decisions together, adapting to what emerges help letting go of the need to control the outcome.

Because the ability to stay curious, flexible and collaborative when things don’t go as planned is a skill worth practicing.

PART 1

PART 2

Teams play a co-painting game that pushes participants to embrace spontaneity. Every 3 minutes partners take turns to paint on each other’s canvas.

Introduction & icebreaker. Teams of 2 select a word prompt from an “Inspiration Box,” spark their creativity.


PART 3

Teams end up with 2 co-created artworks. Group sharing, discussions on collaboration and unpredictable creative process.
